How to Complete a Purchase Using the True Application through the 2B Website and Application:
Log in through the website or mobile application.
Select the product and add it to the shopping cart.
Choose True as the payment method.
Enter your customer number in the True application (you can find it in the True application under “My Account” where it appears beneath your name).
You will receive a payment notification from the True app. Open the notification and select the “18 months installment offer with no interest, no down payment, and no fees.”
After selecting the installment period, a transaction PIN code will appear. Enter this code in the “purchase transaction code” field.
Conditions:
The minimum order amount is EGP 500 to benefit from the offer.
There is no maximum order amount except for the customer’s credit limit.
Products are delivered within 14 working days from the date of completing the purchase.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
