• In case of creating multiple accounts on the 2B website or using the purchase voucher more than once per customer, the company reserves the right to take legal action.
• In case of violating these terms, the legal team of 2B will handle the customer and their account activation will be canceled.

The Following Terms and Conditions Apply to All Purchase Transactions

• The offer is not valid in case of partial return of one item from the invoice.
• For a return during the offer period, a return of the entire invoice is made provided that all products are in their original condition.
• In case of manufacturing defect in the product, it can be exchanged for the same product through the branch only.
• In case of a return, the refund will be processed in the same payment method within 14 days only.
