The arbitrator must be legally trained and have experience in information technology, and must be independent of both contracting parties. Arbitration shall take place in Cairo, and the language used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction under Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994. However, the website owners reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect intellectual property rights and confidential information through judicial fairness or precautionary measures issued by competent courts.

Applicable Law and Judicial Bodies

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Accordingly, each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the judicial courts in Egypt and waive any objections regarding venue.

Cancellation of Consent

In addition to any legal provisions or judicial fairness procedures, we reserve the right to immediately and without prior notice terminate these terms and conditions or cancel any or all rights granted to you under these terms and conditions. In any case of terminating this agreement, you must immediately cease visiting and using the website, and in addition to legal judgments or judicial fairness procedures, we may immediately invalidate all passwords or other account identification methods granted to you and reject any visit or use of this website entirely or partially. Any termination of this agreement will not affect all the rights and obligations (including, but not limited to, payment obligations) of the parties issued before the termination date. Therefore, by agreeing that the administrators of the website will not be liable for you or any other individual as a result of suspending or terminating the service.

User Responsibilities

• Each customer must have only one account on the website.
• Purchase vouchers can only be used once per customer.
• Discount codes can only be used once per customer.
• In case of creating multiple accounts on the 2B website or using the purchase voucher more than once per customer, the company reserves the right to take legal action against this customer.
• In case of violating these terms, the legal team of 2B will handle the customer and their account activation will be canceled, and they will be prevented from placing any orders on the 2B website.
• Please note that purchased items are subject to availability (while supplies last) at the time of shipping.
• If the order amount exceeds the average, it will require payment under the order account by paying the amount in the company's bank account or by payment in the Accounts Department at the company's building or through any branch of the company.
• In case of refund and payment method being cash on delivery, the customer has the right to refund the amount in cash (within Cairo and Giza) within a maximum of 10 days. If the customer cannot be reached within 10 days, the amount will be transferred to a purchase voucher or transferred to the customer's bank account, and the customer is not entitled to request the amount in cash again.
• If the customer wishes to return the product due to a change of mind/dislike of the product/and there is no technical reason, the product must be returned in its original condition without any defects, damage, or malfunctions, and the package must not be completely opened. In this case, the customer will pay the product return fee.

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchase transactions:

• The offer is not valid in case of partial return of one item from the invoice.
• For a return during the offer period, a return of the entire invoice is made provided that all products are in their original condition.
• For an exchange during the offer period, a full return of the invoice is made provided that the exchanged product is in its original condition. A new invoice is issued for the alternative items, and the discount ratios are recalculated according to the offer, which is done through the branch only.
• In case of manufacturing defect in the product, it can be exchanged for the same product through the branch only.
• In case of exchange through the branch or return after the offer period ends, the same terms and conditions of the offer apply, and it cannot be combined with any other offer valid at that time.
• In case of a return, the refund will be processed in the same payment method within 14 days only.

Flash Sales and Temporary Discounts:

• Flash Sales are offers that last for a short period of time and feature significant discounts, with limited quantities available.
• These discounts may apply to a single product only unless stated otherwise.
• Each offer within Flash Sales is subject to two time-based rules:
1. The first rule is to view and add the product to the shopping cart during the Flash Sale period. The product must be added to the cart before the specified time ends.
2. The second rule applies after adding the product to the cart, requiring completion of the order before the Flash Sale time ends.
• You must complete your order by clicking "Complete Order" from the shopping cart.
• Limited quantities are available for each product in Flash Sales. If the product is still available on the website after the Flash Sale period ends, customers can purchase it at its regular price.
• Flash Sales are valid only for specific featured products.
• Shipping fees and taxes are not included in the discounts offered during Flash Sales.
• If you return a product purchased during a Flash Sale, you will receive the amount paid for that product at the time of the sale, following the return policy.

Bank Installment Sales via Company Website:

• The company offers the option for customers to purchase using installment plans using their credit cards.
• Products purchased using installment plans cannot be returned, but they can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, or refunded using the same payment method. Cash refunds are not permitted.
• Customers have the right to use only one payment method, either direct payment or through installment companies/banks.
• The discounted price does not apply to payments made through installment companies; instead, the official price is applied based on the payment method chosen.
