• This offer is valid on all products without exception and does not include shipping fees.
• This offer is applicable on discounted prices and is also valid with 2B discounts.
• Down payment is not allowed when paying via Souhoola.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers on the 2B website or mobile application.

How to Benefit from the Offer:

• The offer is available through all branches, the 2B website, and the mobile application on Google Play, Apple Store, and Huawei AppGallery. For inquiries, call 16420.
• You can benefit from the offer if you are a Souhoola customer and have sufficient credit limit.
• If you do not have a Souhoola account, you can register by calling customer service on 15227.
• The offer can be used more than once per customer.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum order amount is EGP 500 to benefit from the offer.
• There is no maximum order limit except the customer’s available credit limit.

Cancellation & Return Policy:

• Products purchased through this offer cannot be refunded except through Souhoola. Cash refunds are not allowed.
• Partial returns are not allowed for purchases made under this offer.
• In case of order cancellation, the offer will be cancelled automatically.
