In-Warranty Products: The product will be received and inspected to determine the required repair type and estimated time frame, in coordination with the authorized service provider. Out-of-Warranty Products: The repair duration will be determined after an initial inspection of the device. Repairs are usually completed on the same day or within 2 to 7 business days.

All repairs are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months, which includes the quality of the repaired parts. Warranty is void in the following cases:

• Use of non-original accessories.
• Device exposed to liquids or physical damage.
• Device opened or repaired outside our service centers.

For your data security, we recommend backing up your files before handing over your device, as we are not responsible for any data loss during the repair or upgrade process.

Devices must be collected within 60 days of repair. After that, a storage fee of EGP 25/day applies. After 180 days, the company reserves the right to dispose of the device.

Repairs costing less than EGP 1500 will be completed without prior approval.

Replaced parts are disposed of safely according to environmental standards.

Any additional services must be pre-approved by the customer.
