Terms and Conditions for Bank Installments with 2B

Offer Duration:

Valid from June 1, 2026, until further notice.

Offer Details:

• Pay with a credit card in installments up to 24 months with 0% interest and no down payment (administrative fees are added to the monthly installment).
• Valid on all products without exception, excluding shipping fees.
• The offer applies to discounted prices and can be combined with 2B discounts.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions on the 2B website or mobile app.

How to Avail the Offer:

• The offer is available through 2B branches, website, and mobile app on Google Play, Apple Store, and Huawei AppGallery. For inquiries, call 16420.
• You can benefit from the offer if you are a customer of the following banks and have sufficient credit limit: National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque du Caire, Mashreq Bank, Banque Misr, Emirates NBD, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Ahli United Bank (AUB), and Arab Investment Bank "NEXt".
• The offer can be used multiple times by the same customer.
• Customer identity verification is required upon receipt. The cardholder must be present, and delivery or pickup by a third party is not permitted. A copy of the ID will be taken in accordance with Visa and MasterCard regulations.

Terms:

• Minimum order value: 500 EGP.
• No maximum order limit except the customer's available credit limit.

Cancellation & Return Policy:

• Returns: Products will be refunded using the same payment method and cannot be refunded in cash, in accordance with Visa and MasterCard policies. Returns are accepted within one month of purchase, provided that no installment payment has been made. Partial returns are not allowed.
• Exchanges: Allowed for the same value within 30 days, subject to dealer approval and provided the product remains in its original condition.
