The price includes supply and installation within Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria and its borders only.

Adherence to the appropriate area schedule for each air conditioning capacity is required; if installed in an area unsuitable for the capacity, the company has the right to cancel the warranty.

If the customer installs through an unauthorized party, the warranty is void.

Any additional work outside of what has been agreed upon will incur extra costs, such as extending pipes, performing drainage work, and providing scaffolding.

The customer is obliged to ensure all safety factors at the installation site, ensuring that no one or property is exposed to any risks.

For commercial shops, they are treated as top floors.
