• This offer applies to all products without exception and does not include shipping fees.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions on the 2B website or mobile app.
• The offer is available at the official price.
• The offer is valid for a limited time.

How to Avail the Offer:

• The offer is available through the 2B website, mobile app on Google Play, Apple Store, Huawei AppGallery, and all branches. For inquiries, call 16420.
• You can benefit from the offer if you are a Contact customer and have sufficient credit limit.
• If you do not have a Contact account, you can call customer service at 16177.
• A single customer can use the offer multiple times.

Conditions:

• Minimum purchase amount: 500 EGP.
• No maximum order limit, except for the customer's credit limit.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

• Products purchased using this offer cannot be refunded in cash; they will be refunded through the same payment method ("Contact").
• If the order is canceled, the offer will also be canceled.
• Returns are not accepted after one month from the transaction date, as per Contact’s policy.
